No Refund Policy

1. Overview

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

This No Refund Policy applies to all bookings and services provided by Atmabodh Ayurveda. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.

2. No Refund Policy

Once payment is made for any service or program, it is non-refundable.

This applies to:

  • All residential programs (7-Day, 14-Day, 21-Day packages)
  • Day care programs
  • Individual therapy sessions
  • Consultation fees
  • Herbal medicines and products
  • Any other services or products purchased

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted, but NO REFUNDS will be issued.

  • You may cancel your booking at any time
  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email
  • No refund will be provided for cancelled bookings
  • Payment made is forfeited upon cancellation

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be allowed subject to the following conditions:

  • Must be requested at least 7 days in advance
  • Subject to availability
  • Valid for 6 months from original booking date
  • Only one rescheduling allowed per booking
  • Additional rescheduling requests will not be entertained
  • After 6 months, booking amount is forfeited

5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment or check-in:

  • No refund will be provided
  • Full payment will be forfeited
  • No rescheduling option available
  • No credit for future bookings

6. Early Departure

If you leave a residential program before completion:

  • No refund for unused days or services
  • Full program fee applies regardless of duration stayed
  • No exceptions for any reason including medical emergencies

7. Medical Emergencies

NO REFUNDS will be provided even in case of medical emergencies.

In case of documented medical emergencies:

  • Rescheduling may be considered (subject to management approval)
  • Valid medical documentation required
  • Must be rescheduled within 6 months
  • No refund under any circumstances

8. Service Cancellation by Us

If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • Full refund of all payments made (ONLY exception to no-refund policy)
  • Alternative dates will be offered
  • We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred

9. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events:

  • No refunds will be provided
  • Credit for future booking (valid for 12 months)
  • Rescheduling without additional charges
  • After 12 months, booking amount is forfeited

10. Payment Terms

  • All payments are final and non-refundable
  • By making payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy
  • Advance payment is required to confirm bookings
  • No chargebacks or payment disputes will be entertained

11. Acknowledgment

By making a booking or payment, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this No Refund Policy
  • You agree to the strict no-refund terms
  • You understand that all sales are final
  • You will not dispute charges or request chargebacks

12. Disputes

Any disputes regarding this policy will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Management decisions are final and binding. All disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction.
